The Village Hall engaged the brilliant band” aCoustic Soda” in November 2025. The four-piece band played two 45-minute sets of music from the 60s to the naughties. Their brilliant delivery had everyone foot tapping within a few songs, and by the end of the night, most of the audience had ventured onto the dance floor. Everyone was joining in and singing out. Members of the vh committee had prepared and cooked multiple portions of chilli con carne (or chilli sans carne) and, during an interval, this was served with bread and tachos to an appreciative crowd.
